Not just from a significant other, but from people. In Southern Oregon, any time you hung out with your friends, as everyone was leaving, we made sure the other knew that we loved them. Now, excluding to my mom or dad, I couldn’t tell you the last time I told someone I loved them.

I… I don’t know. No, really. I don’t know.
I’m not happy, but I’m not exactly sad, or angry. I think I just am. I won’t say I’m numb, because there are moments when I’m genuinely happy, and moments when I’m genuinely sad. They’re dull feelings though. They hit hard, but fade fast.
